At MIJA, we believe jewellery is more than an accessory , it’s a story, a symbol, and a moment captured. We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to safeguard and grow our brand vision while leading day-to-day brand communication across social media, PR, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces .
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections .
• Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clientele and after-sales service.
• Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines.

Requirements :

Hands on experiences in handling International Customers will be added advantage

Technical / Behavior Competencies :

Qualification : Graduation / HSC from recognized university

Language skills : Expertise in English Communication is mandatory.
