About the role :

Job Title : Senior UI Designer

Location : Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience Required : 1+ years

Skills Required :

1. Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.

2. Must have strong skills in Illustration creation and Adobe Photoshop.

3. Solid grasp of visual design principles (layout, color theory, typography).

4. Strong communication and time management skills.

5. High attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.

6. Ability to deliver creative, user-focused website and app designs.

7. Prior experience in Website Design projects is highly preferred.

Brownie Points :

1. Experience in user research, persona creation, and usability testing.

2. Expertise in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.

3. Knowledge of Lottie animation creation for enhanced UI motion design.

Responsibilities :

1. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Developers, and Project Managers).

2. Create user-centered designs by analyzing competitor products, user data, and technical constraints or opportunities.

3. Develop quick and thorough user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new ideas.

4. Create high-quality illustrations and graphic assets for websites, applications, and campaigns.

5. Design creative visuals and edit assets using Adobe Photoshop and other tools as needed.

6. (Bonus) Create Lottie animations for micro-interactions and web / app transitions.

7. Stay updated with latest trends, features, and industry trends to enhance the design process.

8. Conduct UI / UX audits and usability testing to iterate and optimize existing designs.

9. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth handover and accurate implementation of designs.

10. Build and maintain seamless design systems and reusable UI components.
