Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Windows and Active Directory (AD) expert to join our IT Infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing enterprise-scale Windows Server environments and Active Directory services, along with hands-on experience in Windows OS patching, upgrades, and security hardening.

This role requires ensuring stability, security, and performance of the Windows / AD ecosystem while supporting business operations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and administer Windows Server environments (2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Design, configure, and maintain Active Directory domains, trusts, and group policies (GPOs).
• Perform Windows OS patching, upgrades, and system hardening to maintain compliance and security posture.
• Execute Windows Server lifecycle management including version upgrades and migrations.
• Handle AD object management (users, groups, computers, OUs, service accounts).
• Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services (PKI), and DFS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AD replication, and domain controller issues.
• Implement and manage authentication and access control policies (Kerberos, NTLM, delegation, least privilege).
• Develop and use PowerShell scripts for automation and bulk administration tasks.
• Support hybrid identity setups (Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA, Office 365 integration).
• Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery for Windows / AD infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and resolve incidents.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support projects, migrations, and BAU operations.
