Are you a proactive and highly organized individual with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in AI projects? We are looking for a talented AI Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, working remotely from Latin America.

In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business and technical teams, contributing directly to the success of AI-focused software products.

You will work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and drive progress with minimal supervision, while ensuring seamless collaboration across :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI / ML engineers, product managers, designers) to gather and define technical requirements for AI-driven features and applications.
• Translate complex AI concepts (e.g., model inputs / outputs, performance metrics) into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Leverage your knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, to manage sprints, refinement sessions, and delivery planning.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value and AI implementation complexity, and create user stories with clear technical acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate alignment between AI teams and business users to ensure models and systems meet strategic goals and user needs.
• Draft user stories and technical documentation that reflect AI development cycles, including data sourcing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Manage risk by identifying blockers related to AI feasibility, data availability, or model performance, and propose viable solutions with the technical team.
• Drive product discovery for AI-based features, providing input on model evaluation metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision, recall), expected outcomes, and ethical considerations.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development with insights related to AI opportunities and constraints.
• Maintain a strong asynchronous communication style in a remote, multicultural environment.
