Senior Analyst – Enterprise Intune Admin

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune Administration

Manage Intune Tenant and hybrid endpoints (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome, Mobile).

Design role-based access in Intune.

Work with mobile threat defense tools (Symantec, Microsoft Defender).

Manage compliance and configuration policies, applications, and app protection.

Create Power BI reports using Intune audit data.

Mobile Device Administration

Handle enrollment workflows and mobile app lifecycle.

Troubleshoot device issues and policies.

Support Zero Touch and Automatic Device Enrollment.

Windows Platform Administration

Manage Modern Desktop, Intune, Autopilot, and Co-management.

Troubleshoot deployments, task sequences, and patching.

Work with Active Directory, GPOs, and O365 deployment.

Client & Operations

Interact with clients and provide solutions.

Monitor tickets using ServiceNow and resolve issues.

Work in rotational shifts and 24x7 on-call support when required.

Other Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams and maintain documentation.

Train new staff on technical processes.

Ensure compliance and security standards.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience :

5+ years in IT with strong skills in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager.

Technical Skills :

Microsoft Intune, Modern Desktop Management, Windows Autopilot.

Preferred :

Microsoft certifications, experience with Azure, MFA, Power BI, PowerShell, Python, Power Automate.
