Sales Executive - Tile Adhesives | Delhi NCR

Johnson Paints Co. is a leading paints and coating company which has now entered into manufacturing of TILES ADHESIVE with ISI certification. We primarily cater to North-India market like states of Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttarakhand, UP, Bihar and Jharkhand.

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our team and lead the growth of our Tile Adhesive segment across the Delhi NCR market.

📍 Location : Delhi NCR (candidate must be based here)

🕒 Type : Full-time / Commission-based

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage sales for our Tile Adhesive products in the Delhi NCR region.
• Identify and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and applicators.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain customer satisfaction.
