Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Network Architect (L4) with 16+ years of experience in Data Center and Network Architecture , specializing in Cisco ACI fabric design, L2 / L3 fabric modernization , and large-scale data center transformation . The ideal candidate will architect ultra-low latency network solutions tailored for regulated financial environments , driving innovation, resilience, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ACI architecture , fabric design, migration, and multi-site deployments.
• Define ACI policy models , multi-tenancy, segmentation, and integrate with security and load-balancing ecosystems .
• Govern ACI lifecycle management , SDN roadmap, micro-segmentation strategy, and automation frameworks ( Python / API / Ansible ).
• Act as the final escalation point for critical network incidents in high-frequency trading environments.
• Ensure fabric resilience , disaster recovery design , zero-downtime change governance , and regulatory audit compliance .
• Collaborate with CIO, Cybersecurity, and Platform Heads to align network strategies with business continuity goals.
• Lead capacity planning , performance tuning , latency optimization , and proactive fault analytics using NAE / APIC insights.
• Engage with OEMs and stakeholders for technology refresh, RFP evaluations, and strategic network modernization initiatives.
• Mentor L2 / L3 operations teams , providing architectural direction and technical governance.
