We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Professional who can lead initiatives, build strong client partnerships, and drive new business opportunities.

Location : Remote

Experience : 6+ Years

Budget : No bar for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities :

Empanel new IT clients & nurture existing relationships

Pitch hiring solutions, negotiate, and close deals

Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure quality delivery

Maintain and grow business pipeline, tracking targets and performance

Requirements :

✅ 6+ years in IT recruitment business development (Permanent, C2H, Product-based client onboarding)

✅ Strong client database and proven lead generation experience

✅ Willing to travel and attend client meetings when needed

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
