SAP FICO Lead

Requirements

• Senior Business Analyst – SAP FICO (Profitability Analysis) to analyze, optimize, and enhance financial processes using SAP FICO.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Profitability Analysis and financial systems, driving efficiency, accuracy, and business alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and optimize business processes leveraging SAP FICO, with a focus on Profitability Analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate financial system requirements.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance financial reporting and profitability insights.
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP FICO functionalities to ensure business alignment.
• Conduct system audits to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to strengthen user knowledge and adoption.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support finance teams during month-end and year-end closing cycles.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial regulations, and audit standards.
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams for system integrations and process improvements.
• Lead initiatives to streamline financial workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Stay current with SAP FICO trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Strong expertise in SAP FICO, especially Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in financial process optimization.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and process documentation.
• Experience conducting training sessions and facilitating workshops.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
