Roles and Responsibilities :
- Project Support : Assist the Team Leader in completing all responsibilities towards the project, ensuring efficient execution and successful outcomes.
- Planning & Scheduling : Take charge of project and portfolio planning and scheduling activities, contributing to strategic oversight.
- Reporting & Documentation : Prepare and compile comprehensive project reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all stakeholders.
- Interface Coordination : Act as an interface coordinator across the entire project lifecycle, including Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Monitoring & Controlling, Project Tracking, and Project Closure.
- Management Tools : Work proficiently on various project management tools (e.g., Primavera), leveraging them for effective project oversight.
- Back-end Coordination : Assist in all back-end coordination work for projects at the Head Office level, liaising with essential departments like Finance, HR, and Admin.
Profile / Skills
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.Experience :
Minimum 6+ years of overall professional experience .Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in project management for Metro / Railway projects.Work Style : Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Team Dynamics : Strong team player.Project Management Tools : Knowledge of Project management tools such as Primavera .Project Lifecycle Experience : Proven experience in Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Monitoring & Controlling, Project Tracking, and Project Closure.Adaptability : Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through patience, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills are a must, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.Learning Agility : Must be able to learn, adopt, understand, and apply new technologies quickly.Management : Good People Management and managerial skills.Skills Required
