Act as the technical interface for customers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships for smooth project execution.Collaborate with Products, Systems Integration, Service, Project Management, and Supply Chain to deliver projects in line with customer requirements.Review and assess information from ITO to initiate jobs effectively.Analyze customer requirements and integrate contractual technical specifications with product standards throughout the design review process.Ensure accurate flow-down of critical-to-quality (CTQ) requirements.Manage and schedule submission of drawing lists (Vendor Document Register) as per contractual obligations.Oversee bill of materials preparation in compliance with project requirements and internal procedures.Support engineering planning and resolve related issues.Coordinate internal design activities, reviews, and technical decision-making.Lead design reviews, project review processes, and risk mitigation initiatives while ensuring lessons learned are shared across teams.Participate in customer meetings (kick-off, coordination, close-out, HAZOPs, design reviews) and implement action plans for resolution of open points.Ensure the quality of all drawings and documents issued to customers.Drive initiatives to achieve quality targets during project execution.Support Project Quality Managers in reviewing quality control plans (QCP / ITP).Guide engineering teams in resolving customer issues during project execution.Develop and implement action plans with clear ownership, timelines, and solutions.Manage engineering hours, productivity, resources, and project KPIs.Provide necessary engineering inputs to facilitate change order approvals.Review test specifications and attend machinery tests with suppliers and / or clients.Support various company functions involved in assigned projects.Education
