Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor, located in Delhi, India. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for prospective student engagement, providing detailed information about the programs, guiding students through the admissions process, and assisting with application submissions. They will also handle inquiries, review applications, coordinate with department heads, participate in recruitment events, and manage the admissions database.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Customer Service and Sales skills
Understanding of the Education sector
Proven ability to work independently and in team settings
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in admissions or a related field is a plus
