Role Description : We are seeking a

highly motivated and result-oriented Admissions Counselor

to join our team at Poise Aviation Academy. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a strong background in

sales and student counseling , who thrives in a

target-driven

environment.

You’ll be the front face of our admissions team, responsible for converting inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling, follow-ups, and relationship-building.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Handling inquiries via phone, seminars and in-person walk-ins

Providing detailed guidance on courses, career opportunities, and fee structures

Effectively converting leads into confirmed admissions

Following up consistently to ensure high conversion rates

Meeting and exceeding monthly enrollment targets

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission journey

Representing Poise at seminars, student meets, and recruitment drives

✅ What We’re Looking For :

Exceptional sales and admissions skills

with a proven track record

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ( Hinfdi , English , Marathi)

Strong follow-up and persuasive capabilities

Organized, proactive, and performance-focused

Very efficient in MS WORD

Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling / sales (Air Hostess training institute or Education sector preferred)

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in an aviation or hospitality training institute is a major plus
