YOUR ROLE
You will be part of the Capgemini India. The Community Manager (CM) is responsible for coordinating content, channels, and community members across a topic and will be responsible for working with onshore client's digital teams to.
In this role you will play a key role in :
- Ensure the health and growth of the client's social channels and the communities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the defined social media accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Work with the onshore digital team to develop and implement community management strategy for defined social channels
- Work with Corporate Communications and other relevant stakeholder teams to respond to negative comments that could impact the brand reputation
- Review inbound comments and customer enquiries across channels and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
- Plan and execute community relationship posts
- Maintain FAQ and who's who documentation to enable quick responses to enquiries and comments
- Work with stakeholder team on channel performance measurement
- Stay up-to-date with trends and share best practices of community management with peers and larger digital teams at global / local level
YOUR PROFILE
3 to 5 years of experience working in social media management.High level of proficiency using social media community management platforms such as Hootsuite.Experience with engaging on social media platforms to build awareness and customer loyalty.Strong knowledge of best practices for the different social channels.Good experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite and Talkwalker.Proficient with MS Office products.What You'll Love About Working Here
