We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our International Customer Service team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international clientele, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist international customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues and providing timely solutions.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other language (preferred languages include Spanish, French, or German).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and respond effectively to customer needs.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.Skills Required
