BMC HelixGPT is BMC’s strategic approach to Generative AI, powering simplified, actionable insights and automated resolutions throughout the BMC Helix platform. Job Description (Data Science) :

• Python proficiency
• 9+ years experience designing and developing deep learning, machine learning, optimization and statistical models using frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet
• Very good understanding of Generative AI Concepts
• Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Hands-on Exposure to vector databases, and advanced RAG.
• Hands-on explore to Knowledge Graphs is a plus.
• Good Experience in Prompt Engineering
• Understanding of encoder and encoder-decoder model architectures.
• Knowledge of the latest techniques in this space such as LORA adaptors, PEFT, quantization
• Experience in practical training cycles
• Experience with GPU usage
• Experience with inference accelerators
• Knowledge of fine tuning LLMs including BERT and GPT based.
