Senior Data Scientist - LLM / NLP

Job Description :

Role : Senior Data : : 8 to :

• Perform in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights, improve model performance, and inform AI strategy.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art LLMs and NLP models for real-world applications, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement, evaluate, and maintain LLM and NLP-based systems, following best practices in model optimization, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Leverage advanced AI techniques, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), to enhance model effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles, aligning with industry regulations such as the EU AI Act and Canadas Voluntary Code of Conduct on Responsible AI.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI-driven features into SaaS products, ensuring seamless deployment and user impact.
• Work with data engineers to design and maintain efficient ETL pipelines for model training and inference.
