A fast-moving company in the IT services and software products sector, delivering digital solutions and engineering services to clients across India and global markets. We partner with business leaders to hire high-impact talent for product, engineering, and operations roles. This freelance, fully-remote recruiter role supports volume and niche hiring across India, working closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles : create job briefs, source candidates, manage interviews and close offers.
- Build high-quality talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and Boolean searches for technical and non-technical roles.
- Screen and evaluate candidates—conduct phone / video interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and provide structured feedback to hiring teams.
- Manage applicant flow in the ATS, maintain accurate candidate records, and produce basic hiring metrics and status reports.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, prioritise requisitions, and drive time-to-fill and quality-of-hire improvements.
- Coordinate offer management, salary discussions, reference checks and candidate onboarding handover for a smooth acceptance process.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house) across tech and business functions in India.Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and Indeed for active sourcing and candidate outreach.Strong Boolean sourcing capability and experience managing candidates in an ATS.Experience conducting structured interviews and coordinating technical assessments.Comfortable working remotely : managing schedules across time zones, running video interviews (Zoom / Google Meet) and maintaining documentation.Preferred
Experience hiring for engineering, product, or data roles.Familiarity with HRIS / HR tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam) and basic recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness).Benefits & Culture Highlights
