▷ Immediate Start : Sr Associate - Business Operation

Role Overview

This role is designed for someone hands-on with websites / apps, landing pages, and tracking setups, while also being strong in content, communication, and research. About 50% of the role focuses on technical program management for our affiliate business + another 50% on partner management, and integration

Key Responsibilities

• Own websites, landing page optimizations and CRO. Set up and manage plugins, pixels, tools, and tracking infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, the content team, and other business verticals for enhancements.
• Oversee content publishing on internal assets and communications with partners / agencies / freelancers
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to track industry shifts, tools, and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning, execution, and optimization of PPC / Search campaigns.
• Work with our brand partners to integrate them into our affiliate funnel + manage the post acquisition relationship
