Key responsibilities
End-to-end loan operations
Workflow management : Lead the entire loan lifecycle for personal and digital products, which includes onboarding, processing, disbursement, servicing, and closure.
- KYC and fraud : Oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) validation and implement fraud prevention strategies within the digital loan process.
- Compliance and auditing : Ensure that all operational processes adhere to regulatory guidelines, especially those related to digital lending and co-lending frameworks. Coordinate with internal and external audit teams for periodic reviews.
Co-lending and partnership management
Daily operations : Drive daily operations for co-lending models, managing fund flow between your institution, partner banks, and escrow accounts.
Reconciliation : Monitor and reconcile principal, interest, and fee components with co-lending partners.Reporting : Validate data sharing and Management Information System (MIS) reports according to partner and regulatory formats.Process automation and technology
Automation : Work with product and technology teams to automate loan origination, disbursement, repayment, and other core functions.API integration : Oversee the integration of payment gateways, Loan Management Systems (LMS), and other banking APIs to create a seamless user experience.Process improvement : Identify process bottlenecks and implement tech-enabled solutions to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.Skills Required
