Role Overview

As a P2P Associate, you will play a critical role in managing procurement and vendor operations for Zolo’s Co-living business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring cost-efficient purchases, smooth vendor coordination, and timely issue resolution across our properties. This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills who is looking to build a long-term career in procurement and operations within a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor interactions : sourcing, comparing quotations, negotiating rates, and finalizing agreements.
• Coordinate with MEP and facility teams to understand procurement needs and validate requests.
• Track vendor performance, ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TATs) and service quality.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, approvals, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Optimize procurement by assessing whether requests can be resolved internally before raising external purchase orders.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
