Test Project Manager - PMO

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Test Project Manager who possesses strong expertise in managing end-to-end testing projects, including project planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience customizing Jira reports through scripting or configuration to deliver meaningful project insights. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple vendors and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of testing projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
• Customize and develop Jira reports and dashboards to meet project-specific reporting requirements.
• Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key metrics such as progress, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and war rooms for critical incidents (P0, P1) and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with QA, Development, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables.
• Manage multi-vendor communications, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes, metrics, and reporting automation.
