Responsibilities :
- Provide implementation support to the Onboarding team, assisting in the smooth integration of our products and services for new clients.
- Address technical inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding system functionality,
configurations, and usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Going through & understanding internal system logs to debug issues.Write database queries needed to troubleshoot and investigate issues.Talking to Customers through email over different issues they might encounter.Monitoring of application availability, performance and initial triage of product-related incidents.Proactively analyze any incidents that occur and ensure these are responded to promptly within agreed SLAs.Redirect any issues requiring further analysis to the product engineering teamPerform validations after scheduled changes within specified Maintenance Windows ensuring thefunctionalities are up and running as desired.
Complete regular operational activities to maintain environments with minimal disruption and higher availability.Proactively Monitor Application Components to improve customer experience.Must-have Skills :
Beginner to intermediate level knowledge in MySQLApplication / Server log monitoringLinux server administration (basics) RequirementsFlexibility to work in shifts.Good understanding of REST API’s and DatabaseAbility to write SQL queriesAnalyzing application logsTriaging of issuesProficiency in English & being able to communicate in it.Excellent Time Management & Multi-tasking skills.Networking - Basic understanding of networking concepts, including basic protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
