Role : Recruitment Specialist

Location : Navi Mumbai | Work Days : Monday–Saturday | Salary : ₹5–7 LPA

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to drive hiring for our FMCG D2C brand. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee management post-hiring. The candidate will also conduct warehouse visits to ensure compliance and staff coordination.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire candidates across roles.
• Develop recruiting strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
• Conduct warehouse visits to check compliance and manage staff.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning.
