Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter (US Shift) to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across IT and non-IT domains.
• Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Negotiate pay rates and terms with consultants and vendors.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process from submission to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and submittals in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to understand client needs and priority requirements.
• Meet daily / weekly performance metrics for submissions, interviews, and placements.
