Job description

Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution

Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities across various warehouse types such as CFS, CY, inland depots, and bonded warehouses, whether owned or operated by Maersk.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of individual contributors and team leaders, including employee lifecycle responsibilities such as hiring, firing, coaching, mentoring, task coordination, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.

Operational Leadership

Set direction and develop business and operational areas, implement policies and practices, and execute business plans with a focus on achieving short- and long-term objectives.

Independent Problem Solving

Apply in-depth subject matter knowledge to resolve common business issues independently, while seeking guidance on complex or non-routine topics when needed.

Business Understanding

Comprehend the overall business environment and interdependencies between own function and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Accountability for Team Performance

Responsible for the performance and results of teams consisting of less experienced professionals, frontline workers, and administrative staff, while adapting departmental plans to resource and operational challenges.

Shift Requirements

Willingness and ability to work full night shifts as required.
