Inside Sales Executive
(For North America market)

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts for the North American market . Based in our Kochi, India office, this full-time role requires deep experience with inside sales activities and a strong understanding of the IT and digital services landscape. The ideal candidate will be an expert at identifying and converting new business opportunities, with a proven track record of selling complex technology services.
Reporting into : Sales Director
Conversational fluency in French is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting : Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in the North American market through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales activities.
Service Promotion : Effectively articulate and sell our suite of IT and digital services, including digital transformation, enterprise data migration, automation, AI services, and infrastructure services .
Pipeline Management : Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring all activities are accurately tracked in our CRM system.
Client Engagement : Conduct discovery calls and online presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate how our services can provide value.
Collaboration : Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and ensure a smooth handover for project execution.
Market Insight : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Metrics : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in inside sales , with a proven track record of selling IT services to clients in the North American market .
In-depth knowledge of services within the IT and digital space, such as data migration, automation, and AI .
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive communication style.
Demonstrated experience and comfort with cold calling and generating your own leads.
Willingness and ability to work in the EST (Eastern Standard Time) time zone to align with client business hours.
Experience working with CRM Systems is required.
Preferred Skills
Conversational fluency in French is a significant plus.
