Inside Sales Executive

(For North America market)

Kochi, India

Fulltime.

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts for the North American market. Based in our Kochi, India office, this full-time role requires deep experience with inside sales activities and a strong understanding of the IT and digital services landscape. The ideal candidate will be an expert at identifying and converting new business opportunities, with a proven track record of selling complex technology services.

Reporting into : Sales Director

Conversational fluency in French is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in the North American market through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales activities.
  • Service Promotion : Effectively articulate and sell our suite of IT and digital services, including digital transformation, enterprise data migration, automation, AI services, and infrastructure services.
  • Pipeline Management : Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring all activities are accurately tracked in our CRM system.
  • Client Engagement : Conduct discovery calls and online presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate how our services can provide value.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and ensure a smooth handover for project execution.
  • Market Insight : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Metrics : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of selling IT services to clients in the North American market.
  • In-depth knowledge of services within the IT and digital space, such as data migration, automation, and AI.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive communication style.
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort with cold calling and generating your own leads.
  • Willingness and ability to work in the EST (Eastern Standard Time) time zone to align with client business hours.
  • Experience working with CRM Systems is required.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Conversational fluency in French is a significant plus.
