Job Descriptions :

Dsoft is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Process Executive - Learning & Development (L&D) to support training and capability-building initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on conducting employee on boarding, coordinating training sessions, supporting content creation, and maintaining records to strengthen a culture of continuous learning and growth.

KEY Responsibilities :

1. Training Program Coordination :

• Collect feedback from employees and performance reports to map learning requirements.
• Maintain a training calendar aligned with organizational priorities.
• Organize and schedule internal & external training programs (technical, functional, and soft skills).
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and employees to ensure smooth training delivery.
• Handle logistics like role based training materials, online session setup, and attendance.
