Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Voice Process Associate. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer concerns effectively, and addressing service or product questions. The role requires you to assist with finance-related queries, ensuring customer satisfaction by offering accurate information promptly, and following business process outsourcing protocols. its sales process where you have to convince the client for the investment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Strong sales skill and Communication skills, with the ability to address customer needs effectively
• Analytical Skills to assess challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions
• Knowledge or experience in Finance and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining professionalism
• Basic computer and phone operation proficiency
• Prior experience handling voice process roles is a plus
