Role Description

The Operations Executive at fam.co.living will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all co-living properties. This role focuses on guest experience, property upkeep, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency across all locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing people and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of property management or hospitality operations (preferred).
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools.
• Two-wheeler preferred for property visits.
