Studio Executive (Urgent Search)

Job Summary

Xylem Learning is seeking for a Studio Executive, to help us record these videos perfectly. You will work with teachers and the production team to make sure everything runs smoothly in our recording studio.

Roles and responsibilites :

• Set up the studio : Get the cameras (like DSLR / mirrorless), microphones, and lights ready for recording.
• Help the teachers : Make sure the studio is quiet and organized for the class.
• Watch the recording : While we record, you will watch to make sure the picture is clear and bright, and the sound is good. If a technical problem happens, you will help fix it right away.
• Handle the files : After recording, you will organize and save the video files in a neat way so the editors can find them easily.
• Keep things tidy : You will keep the studio clean and put all the equipment away safely.
• Work with others : You'll talk to the video editors and teachers to make the videos even better.
