Marketplace Executive - Job Description Be a single point of contact for the assigned marketplace(s) and drive listings, marketing, fulfillment and operations to achieve targeted sales and ROI. Responsibilities
- Single-Point-of-Contact for assigned marketplace
- Implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and activities to drive sales within given guidelines.
- Prepare sales forecast and own the sales targets
- Ensuring brand guidelines are maintained
- Improvise or develop internal SOPs to meet marketplace compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal team heads to achieve success on the marketplace covering but not limited to 1.Inventory management & inventory forecasting 2.Cataloging & product listing 3.Order fulfillment & return processing 4.Payments and reconciliation
- Resolve any escalations and challenges with the marketplace
- Liaise with finance team and reconcile payments
- Review processes and procedures followed and make recommendations based on learnings Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2- 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management,
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
