What will your essential responsibilities include
- Define and implement the Global Policies.
- Define, implement, and communicate on the different Plans in local (Safe travel, Site Plans, etc.).
- Conduct assurance reviews and ensure that all policies, plans, and procedures are implemented, updated properly, and communicated to all staff.
- Ensure that staff is aware of their individual responsibilities as defined in plans and supporting procedures.
- Implement and manage Awareness and Training Campaigns.
- Implement Physical Security (PS) and Health and Safety (HS) risk assessment.
- Perform the PS and HS compliance reviews.
- Review the Remediation Plans.
- Manage the Maturity Tables and other reporting according to Group Security requirements.
- Liaise with related departments to ensure a coordinated management of physical security and safety (Workplace, Human Resources, Operational Resilience and Information Security, Communications).
- Monitor and analyze international requirements for safety management and global duty of care.
- Identify and analyze emerging risks linked to the international safety environment.
- Share best practices globally between emerging and developed entities.
- Provide support, advice and training as required.
- Promote AXA XL's safety culture and organization.
- Assist in maintaining requirements of DJSI and Global duty of care.
Required Skills and Abilities :
Physical Security management and / or Health and Safety experience.Capacity to work under stress.Fluent in English.Trained (or willing to be trained) in physical security management.Desired Skills and Abilities :
