Job Title : WMS Manhattan Consultant / Analyst / Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and support Manhattan WMS applications (primarily Active WMS or WMOS).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and user issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with operations, IT, and logistics teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in WMS implementation and upgrade projects (design, testing, deployment, and support).
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Train end users and support teams on system usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and Manhattan Associates for system enhancements or issue resolution.
• Monitor WMS performance and recommend improvements to optimize processes.
