Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and SEO teams to create responsive UI mockups that align with business goals.
• Translate ideas from managers into interactive prototypes rapidly.
• Closely monitor competitors for emerging features, UI patterns, and design innovations.
• Stay updated with Google’s Search and Discover guidelines to ensure designs are compliant.
• Suggest creative design ideas that support sales and marketing strategies.
• Design for different audience segments (e.G., newsletter subscribers, long-form readers, short-form readers).
• Optimize designs to reduce bounce rates and increase user time-on-site.
• Identify features or scenarios for A / B testing and analyze outcomes.
• Use analytics tools to make data-backed design decisions.
• Work on designs for mobile apps.
• Bring designs to life using tools like Rive and Spline.
• Deliver development-ready assets for seamless integration.
