Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Design Projects : Manage and execute the design process from concept to final product for new features and improvements on the VMock platform.
• User Research : Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
• Concept Development : Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Visual Design : Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and ensure the highest quality of visual design across all products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
• Design Systems : Build and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Data-Driven Design : Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Advocacy : Advocate for user-centered design and product thinking within the organization.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
• Design QA : Communicate with engineering teams as designs are implemented to ensure products meet the usability standards. Analyze, resolve and track defects to closure
