Experience : Minimum 1 year in the Study Abroad or International Admissions domain

About the Role

Maven Consulting Services is expanding its operations at the St. Marks Road branch and is seeking an experienced Study Abroad Application Coordinator to manage university applications for the UK, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand .

This is a hands-on, process-driven role ideal for someone who understands the nuances of international education applications and can independently manage multiple student profiles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete application filing for multiple global destinations
• Liaise with students for document collection, SOPs, and academic records
• Coordinate with university portals and internal systems for timely submissions
• Track deadlines, maintain accurate records, and ensure error-free application processes
• Stay updated with changing admission criteria, university requirements, and country-specific guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless experience for students
