The Role

We are hiring a proactive Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance (CA) to lead the finance and accounting function.

This strategic role will manage end-to-end accounting, ensure financial and statutory compliance, and support project financing.

The candidate will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, statutory compliance, external stakeholder management, and establishing strong financial governance during the project phase and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting and finalization of books across the organization.
• Manage monthly / annual closing, audits, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure effective fund utilization.
• Prepare financial MIS, variance analysis, and management dashboards for decision-making.
• Support project financing, financial modeling, lender coordination, disbursements, and compliance.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies, and manage statutory requirements.
• Oversee ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and maintenance of statutory registers.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
• Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.
