Role : General Manager or Senior General Manager – Strategy (CEO’s Office)
Reporting to : Group CEO, CFO
Travel : 20-25% travel
What you become a part of :
The successful candidate will drive strategic growth initiatives for the organization, including portfolio expansion, market entry, and organizational transformation, with direct accountability to the Group Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic acumen and operational execution capabilities across multiple functions and geographies.
What to expect :
- Lead and support strategic growth projects, including portfolio and geographic expansion, and new business initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and financial analyses to guide senior management decision-making.
- Serve as an internal strategy consultant, providing actionable insights for business development, product / brand strategy, and market entry initiatives.
- Develop robust reporting frameworks highlighting business trends, opportunities, and risks for senior leadership.
- Leverage advanced commercial and financial analytics to interpret complex datasets, build financial models, and drive data-informed strategic recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership, understanding functional priorities to provide relevant and impactful strategic guidance.
- Lead or support the implementation of approved transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate critical operational or business issues and present findings with actionable recommendations.
Essential qualifications & experience :
Tertiary business qualifications such as MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred.12+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformational projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or consumer goods industries.Desired skills & attributes :
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear recommendations.Experienced in financial modeling, advanced data analytics, and scenario planning.Exceptional communication and influencing skills; capable of engaging and advising C-suite executives.Proven ability to drive change, lead cross-functional initiatives, and execute strategic projects end-to-end.Experience in multi-country / cross-cultural environments is highly desirable.Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy in a high-impact role.Why Join Us?
