Job Title : Cybersecurity Specialist - OT
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Specialist - OT to safeguard our operational technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring, detection, and response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to mission-critical infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience with shop floor technologies, industrial network protocols, and cybersecurity platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Incident Response & Monitoring : Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents in OT environments. You'll conduct root cause analysis and forensic investigations to minimize disruption and enhance security.
- Security Tools & Partner Management : Manage and maintain industrial cybersecurity platforms like Claroty. You will coordinate with both external partners and internal IT Security teams to ensure proper tool integration.
- Threat & Vulnerability Management : Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments for critical systems such as SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DCS.
- Policy & Compliance : Develop, enforce, and maintain OT-specific security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with OT and production teams to ensure secure system integration. You will also collaborate with automation suppliers on digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Skills :
OT & Industrial Protocols : Strong understanding of shop floor operations, industrial network concepts, and communication protocols like Modbus and OPC-UA.Cybersecurity Platforms : Hands-on experience with cybersecurity platforms such as Claroty or similar tools.IT / OT Convergence : Familiarity with the unique cybersecurity challenges in industrial systems and the principles of IT / OT convergence.System Knowledge : Experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DCS.Education & Experience :
Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with OT technologies in manufacturing environments.
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics, or a related field.
