Role Overview :

The Cloud L1 Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational support and maintenance of the VMware virtualization environment focusing on ticket resolution monitoring and basic provisioning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests related to the VMware infrastructure.
• Perform routine administrative tasks including creating and managing Virtual Machines (VMs) Templates and Snapshots .
• Monitor the health and performance of the vSphere 5.X 6.0 / 6.5 environment.
• Assist with the migration of physical servers to virtual machines ( P2V ) and virtual machines between environments ( V2V ).
• Ensure the successful operation of core features such as vMotion and High Availability (HA) .
• Maintain accurate documentation of the virtual infrastructure and troubleshooting steps.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

Excellent communication and basic troubleshooting skills
