We are hiring a Python Full Stack Architect (Backend Focus) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance backend solutions. The role is ideal for senior engineers who have transitioned into architecture and want to influence the technical direction of enterprise-grade platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Architect and design robust backend systems and APIs using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
• Define microservices and cloud-native architecture for high-availability and scalability
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Set coding standards, review code and architecture, and mentor developers
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
• Champion adoption of CI / CD, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and observability practices
