Job Title : Senior Cloud Architect / Senior DevOps / SME (Full-Time)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Cloud Migration Architect / SME with deep, hands-on expertise in VMware exits, Nutanix deployments, cloud-to-cloud transitions, and IAM / security migrations .

You’ll design strategies, guide execution, and shape FluidCloud’s platform with migration playbooks that address compute, storage, networking, IAM user groups, and compliance at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead end-to-end cloud migration strategies for enterprises.
  • Advise on migration approaches across compute, storage, networking, and identity .
  • Develop and refine high-level playbooks for VMware exits, Nutanix deployments, and cloud-to-cloud transitions .
  • Partner with product and engineering to align customer needs with next-gen multi-cloud portability solutions .

High-Level Technical Areas

  • Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP, Nutanix, hybrid / private clouds.
  • Infrastructure : Compute, networking, storage, identity & access management.
  • Migration Tooling & IaC : Exposure to frameworks like Terraform, Ansible, and other automation / orchestration tools.
  • Security & Compliance : Understanding of resilience, governance, and regulatory considerations in cloud adoption.
  • Enterprise Scale Challenges : Experience with user / group management, workload mapping, and large-scale infra modernization.

    • Qualifications

  • 7+ years in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or migrations .
  • Proven experience leading VMware exits, Nutanix rollouts, or multi-cloud transitions .
  • Strong ability to bridge executive discussions and technical deep dives .
  • Familiar with modern cloud-native architectures (containers, orchestration, observability).
