Qualifications : Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in the Education or Hospitality Sector
Scope of Work :
Ensure the Front Desk is managed at all times during school hours.
Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional, and efficient manner.
Handling telephone inquiries - both inbound and outbound, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Manage school scheduling, including setting appointments, managing visitor logs, and assisting with event coordination.
Able to handle all queries related to the school (transport / admissions / other general issues and concerns).
Drafting & sending e-mail communication through info. To support the preparation and distribution of school communications, newsletters, and other documents.
Handling backend work - paperwork / documentation / reports
To support ID card processing for all new admissions.
Creating a login for portals / EDS for teachers and students.
Assist with registration and enrollment processes for new students and maintain student files.
Coordinating between parents and various departments such as transport, finance, store, academic, etc. Monitor and manage the school’s student pick-up and drop-off procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Provide general support to school leadership and staff as needed.
