Job Description :
Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective clients through virtual platforms (phone email WhatsApp video calls).
Understand client investment needs risk appetite and financial goals to offer personalized mutual fund recommendations.
Assist clients / Associates in starting SIPs lump sum investments or switching / redemption as per their needs.
Upsell and cross-sell mutual fund products and related services (e.g. tax-saving options retirement planning).
Ensure regular follow-ups with clients for portfolio reviews market updates and service-related issues.
Track and achieve sales and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
Educate clients about new fund offerings (NFOs) market movements and investment strategies.
Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines KYC norms and internal processes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions on CRM systems.
