About the Role :

We are hiring Research Associates for our Primary Research team, who will be responsible for collecting data through B2C surveys conducted over phone calls as well as field visits.This role involves directly interacting with individuals from our 1Network to gather insights through structured questionnaires and ensure quality survey responses are captured.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound phone calls to target respondents to administer surveys
• Visit field locations when required to conduct in-person surveys
• Explain study objectives and maintain respondent engagement
• Accurately record responses in the system or Excel formats
• Meet targets for call volumes, completed surveys, and fieldwork timelines
• Coordinate with the internal team for updates, issues, or validations
