We're Hiring : AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Experience : 5–8 years

About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning complex problems into production-ready solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Build and deploy scalable ML models in real-world production environments
Develop agentic systems that analyze unstructured data and automate decision-making
Design distributed ML pipelines and implement MLOps best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products
Stay current with the latest in AI, ML, and LLM technologies

✅ We’re Looking For

5–8 years of experience in ML / AI product development

Strong coding skills (Python, Java, or Scala)

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks

Background in building agentic systems or LLM-driven workflows

Exposure to MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop)

Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed system design
