Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer - Natural Language Processing

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI / ML solutions, including cutting-edge Agentic AI and Generative AI (GenAI) applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready AI systems that drive business Responsibilities :

• Build and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for a variety of use-cases.
• Design and implement Agentic AI architectures to enable autonomous, goal-driven agents.
• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI solutions (LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering).
• Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI models into production.
• Monitor model performance and continually improve accuracy, scalability, and Skills & Qualifications :
• Core Expertise : Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and Generative AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks / workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML / AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and MLOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
