Sr. Project Manager

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of projects from initiation to completion. You will lead the planning phase, define project scope, and build and lead cross-functional teams. This role requires an expert in risk management, resource allocation, and quality assurance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, managing communications and relationships to drive project success.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning phase, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and creating comprehensive project plans.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring team cohesion.
• Identify project stakeholders and manage communication with them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables, conducting quality reviews as needed.
• Monitor project progress against established plans and timelines, implementing controls to keep the project on track.
• Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Generate regular progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Resolve conflicts within the project team or between stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Document root causes of issues from completed projects and continuously improve project management methodologies based on past experiences.

Qualifications

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification & Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or comparable project management certification (required).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (good to have).
